Seaworld Orlando

Performing Dolphins, Sea World
Seaworld Orlando is the perfect place in which to spend a warm, sunny day. This park is packed with marine life of every kind imaginable, from tropical fish, whales and dolphins to sharks and even penguins! This is a great place to take the kids, where they will be amused and fascinated for hours on end.
Stop by Manatees: The Last Generation, to see the amazing Manatee up close. This area is actually a shelter for manatees that were rescued by Seaworld, where they can live and be nursed back to health before being released into the wild. This attraction, which features both above and below ground viewing of the Manatees, was recently named the Best New Zoological Exhibit in the USA by the American Zoological Association.
Move along to the Shark Encounter, where visitors can walk through a clear underwater tunnel through a pool of dangerous sharks! This tunnel provides an amazing view, and lets you get right up close to all those teeth!
Six Thousand pounds of snow fall daily in the Penguin Encounter habitat, where four different species of penguins make their home. Visitors can view these cute birds both above the ground and underwater, as they play in their chilly habitat.
Other animal attractions include the Tropical Rain Forest, where exotic birds and plants can be seen. Visitors can attend a feeding session for seals at the Pacific Point Reserve, and the Wild Artic is a combination of a ride and animal attraction, where visitors board a 'jet helicopter' to see all the sights of the Arctic, including two polar bears!
Rest your feet for a while and take in one of Seaworld's shows, including the Key West Dolphin Adventure, where real dolphins do tricks and show off for the audience. For a minimal fee you can also participate in the dolphin feedings which take place daily. Oddysea is a mystical circus show that takes place at the Nautilus Theatre, and Clyde and Seymore is a comedy show featuring a Seaworld animal trainer and his sea lion.
Seaworld also has a few great rides, the best of which is the terrifying Kraken, a huge, 'floorless' roller coaster that turns its passengers upside down seven times! To cool off, hop onto the Journey to Atlantis Ride, a crazy trip on a boat that leaves you soaked!
Adults especially will enjoy Seaworld's Waterfront, a more laid-back area where visitors can relax and have a pizza or a drink at the beer gardens, or shop for the perfect souvenir.
