Chances are when you plan to go to Orlando you plan to visit Disneyworld, so you should know that over 20 million descend on to the city of Lake Buena Vista to see the Mouse every year. In addition to the Magic Kingdom, there is Epcot Center, Disney-MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Those who have children, and want them to learn something on their trip to sunny Orlando, be sure to explore the Orlando Science Center, where most the exhibits cater to learning and advancement of the mind. Here you can learn about the stars and even take in a laser light show.

After all this you're going to need some real nature so head to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, home to Manatees, turtles, alligators and migrating birds. Formally belonging to NASA it was turned over to the US Fish and Wildlife Service in 1963. Spend a morning there right after you get up from your Orlando hotel to beat the crowds. Then head over to the Kennedy Space Center and learn all about the space program of the past and future.
