Epcot Orlando

American Exhibit, Epcot, Orlando
Epcot stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. This Disney theme park was built in 1982, and is divided into two sections. Future World has pavilions that demonstrate the facets of present and future life, and the World Showcase represents the world's many cultures. This is a very large park (twice the size of the Magic Kingdom), which should be given at least two days to see everything properly.
Future World's attractions are focused on communication, health, environment, energy, land, imagination, transportation, the ocean and space exploration. The Spaceship Earth ride explores the history of communication, the Universe of Energy transports you back to prehistoric times to discover the source of energy, and Food Rocks will take you on a rock and roll journey about nutrition. A humorous look at the mind is seen in Cranium Command, and Living with the Land is one of the parks highlights, which includes a boat ride through greenhouses.
Everyone will enjoy the Living Seas exhibit, a 5.7 million gallon fish tank holding nearly every kind of fish imaginable, including sharks and sea turtles. Fast Track in one of the more exciting rides, taking the passengers into the world of auto testing.
The World Showcase is located around the Epcot's beautiful lagoon, and represents eleven of the world's countries, providing visitors with a fascinating look into different cultures. Here you can try different foods, go on rides, see movies about each country, watch performances, and even shop for unique souvenirs.
The evening is the best time to be at Epcot, where fireworks, fountains and lasers form a spectacular display, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.
